1. Sasori is raped
Deidara- Deidara was beat by Hebi.
Hidan dies to Ama
Kakuzu is raped by Sasuke's Raiton.
Kisame(with samehada)- Raped by Amateratsu since Amateratsu still travels in water dome (since Amateratsu isn't extinguishable with water). Hawk lets him counter anything Kisame has. And yes, Kisame cannot absorb something as hot as Amateratsu when it has trouble absorbing Katon.
Itachi- Obviously loses since Tsukiyomi is useless.
Konan- Her explosion is tanked by PS or is simply flown out of via Hawk. Not to mention you don't get prep so she's useless.
Pein- SM Naruto beat him. EMS Sasuke simply blitzes them all bar Deva Path, and Deva won't be that great when facing PS and Enton.

A rather condescending tone you have there for being such a moron. Samehada had trouble absorbing Katon from itachi because it was too hot. Amateratsu isn't being absorbed, that's all you need to know. Kisame loses to genjutsu since Samehada can't detect when he's in Genjutsu. "Shark shot" is dodged or never used in the first place.

I'm not sure.

With no healing or breaks it could be tough when he faces against Itachi or Pain. The ones before are easily handled with simple Hebi maneuvers. It's when he gets to Kisame where he needs to bring out the V1 or V2 Susano'O and Kagutsuchi to fry him. Itachi and Konan are handled by Enton Spam and Pai gets obliterated by Complete Susano'O.

He can win, but I give it to him with medium difference.

If no healing is involved, I say Itachi wins.

He'd have to use susanoo to block all of Sasori'd puppets (wouldn't take long though),

He'd have to use susanoo to dodge Deidara's suicide bomb (only for a few seconds though),

He'd have to use Amaterasu to nullify hidan (he'd probably use a few jutsu prior just because Hidan wouldn't die)

He could Kill kakuzu with amaterasu and let it spread to each mask and heart.

Sasuke would have to finish off Kisame quickly with any of his three MS techniques.

Then Healthy or sick Itachi finishes a very tired Sasuke off. Healthy at mid diff, Sick at High diff.

Now if he got to heal each time, Sasuke pwns this gauntlet
