[Suggestion] User Bars and User CP

Can we have First Place Contest Winner User Bars also ? It's the only special group left out now which doesn't have a User Bar.

And If it is possible, can the User CP be added to the "Today's Topics" Section ?

Every time I go to the Today's topics section, I have to go back to the Forums, and then click on the User CP. I think it should be added to "Today's topics" for easier access as all our notifications, PM's, subscribed threads are shown there.
