The fine print in manga 700

I don't know whether this has been posted before. I was a bit late in reading the last manga so sorry if its a repetition.
Well at the end of the manga where Kishimoto thanks all his readers, he says "Volume 72 will be on sale in Feb!! And then, next spring...!!!" What does he mean by "and then, next spring..."?? Is he planning something regarding Naruto manga or a new movie?? What are your thoughts??

In weekly shonen jump when end of Naruto manga was announced it was said that a film will be made to commemorate 15 years of Naruto but it is due to release early!!
