[Discussion] Most nerfed villain?

Who in your opinion was nerfed the most and give a reason.

I can't decide between madara and kaguya.

Madara.
-Didn't use PS against naruto & sasuke
- Didn't use any of the six paths
- Couldn't sense a backstab

Kaguya
- A prime example of pis & cis
- hyped to absorb any jutsu, gets cut by raikiri and bijuu RS was too much to absorb
- kakashi states her control over her dimensions is like that of a genjutsu. Instead it looks like muki tensei on steroids.

What is ur choice?

Kaguya wasn't really nerfed. He was facing a rinnegan user and a pseudo juubi jin, both powered with rikudou marks. The hell were you expecting? She almost killed them. Twice!

But madara? That was humilliating.

Kaguya cuz she was hyped to have all chakra and know almost every jutsu and someone like hyped the way she was hyped nothing is supposed to work on her cuz she's supposed to be able to absorb all chakra I mean when she went to her main dimension she absorbed a lot of chakra from multiple people under IT but she couldn't absorb all nine rasenshuriken okay maybe she couldn't cuz they were moving quick but if she's supposed to be stronger than madara and the sage then she should've just flicked most if them away with a chakra arm or something like the juubi(which she's supposed to have even more power than) did with a bijudama a freaking BIJUDAMAv

She got punched by a nearly exhausted non Byakugō activated sakura, Madara tanked a byakugo sakura punch like nothing.
But yeah, Madara's defeat was humiliating.

It's a hard choice, but I'd say Madara. he was basically being solo'd by Sasuke alone, albeit Naruto did do some heavy lifting against the Limbo clone and the Chibaku Tensei. He never unveiled any of his hyped potential, all he did was use his Gudoudama against Gai, take masochistic pleasure in being beaten around by Gai, shoot lightning from his hands, make some clones, get wrecked by Sasuke, use Infinite Tsukuyomi+Chibaku Tensei, and get solo'd by Black Zetsu...

At least Kaguya showed a modicum of leverage over Naruto and Sasuke, even if it was only for a little while.

Kaguya.

She was hyped up as this "all powerful goddess" who was able to single-handedly end all wars and people worshiped her out of fear, yet she put up less of a fight than Madara.

Barely used her Byakugan.
Didn't even use gudoudama even though she could create them.
Her Shikotsumyaku could have probably been used better. Kimimaro was able to fire bones out of his fingertips. If Kaguya did that with her ash bones as well as firing from her palms, that would be 6 shots per hand. Much more deadly.

Naruto & sasuke would've countered those techs with no problems and besides madara said he doesn't like using the same techs twice
- Couldn't sense a backstab
SM naruto couldn't sense a blind madara from blitz him, would u call that a "nerf"? Madara just wasn't fast enough to sense BZ

Raikiri was infused with rikudou senjutsu which is a weakness to people with juubi powers and that's a no limits fallacy.

They both were nerfed or just horribly nerfed for sake of plot:

Madara:

- Limbo clone should use PS, wood release and especially rinnegan techniques
- Madara should use PS with Juubi chakra
- Madara should use much more Rinnegan techniques
- The battle after gaining second Rinnegan or third eye could be at least 2 chapters long with no interruption

Kaguya:

- was trolled by black Zetsu speaking for her
- wasted too much chakra with no need sometimes
- should use goudama and other hax abilties
- She would solo them if she teleported them to Lava or acid dimenssion and used "World attack gg", they have no response to that. Also after Kakashi got power up Kaguya should first kill him.

Kaguya displayed crazy powers and without Sakura/Kakashi/Obito, Naruto and Sasuke, even with ultimate Hagoromo powerups could never take her down, she was that OP.

Most nerfed villains where Itachi or Nagato.
both died for a noble cause because they were OP to simply be killed if they were bloodlusted like the rest.

Nagato could've killed Naruto then and there but got TnJ, Itachi died for Sasuke's sake, when he had so many chances to neg diff Konoha's powerful shinobis and thus weakening Konoha.

Nagato&Itachi were nerfed, Madara defied Kishi's own logic and Kaguya simply got owned by 4 people who had Ootsosuki chakra and Sakura. I dont see no nerf there.

They are both Kamui but with different uses. It doesnt make any sense.

Kakashi was able to phase himself out of the Kamui dimension.

The right eye is a self effect, and whatever you are touching.
The left eye is a target effect. A person can target themselves.

Itachi in the sasuke fight, if you count itachi as a villain, which he was at this point. Can't get nerfed harder than aids and sacrifice.
