Naruto and Hinata are descendants of Kaguya... so many generations have past to the point that they aren't considered related (Uzumaki, Senju, Uchiha, Hyuuga clans).

Either way, evidently, Itachi was single his entire life. He never got married to her. Plus, when Kishimoto was asked in the interview for RTN back in 2012, he was asked if Itachi had someone special, like a girlfriend. Masashi Kishimoto replied "Eh? I would think so since he was quite popular in Konoha". The author was just trolling, but that just denotes that Itachi had no real romantic relationship with anyone in the Uchiha clan. And, if he had one at all it was with some girl that lived within the village and thus was not an Uchiha.
