Sasuke's Heavenly Hand Power (hhp) (rinnegan teleport)

Sasuke rinnegan teleport is called Heavenly Hand Power but we can call it hhp. Like how Minato's flying thunder god technique is called ftg by the fandom.

Does anyone think Sasuke will get better at using hhp in the new Naruto movie? like how Kakashi got better at using kamui.

For example Sasuke could increase the range of his hhp and reduce it cooldown.

It needs a cooldown for teleporting other people to stop it being too hax but the cooldown for Sasuke teleporting himself could be reduced.

Sasuke could use hhp in the new movie or maybe Naruto part 3.

Kishimoto could make it so hhp cooldown is reduced for teleporting Sasuke but not for teleporting other people.

For example this would mean that Sasuke could teleport himself every 1-2 seconds but then he has to wait 20 seconds to teleport other people.

If not then at least the range of the jutsu could be increased.

I agree it needs a cooldown for teleporting other people but the cooldown for Sasuke teleporting himself is another matter.

Sasuke could use hhp in the new movie so it may matter.

I believe the range will increase, but the cooldown will remain the same, because like someone else on here has said: it's simply too op to not need a cooldown process. He can swap any object with his opponent, it doesn't require any kind of set up like FTG does. So most definitely needs some kind of cooldown.
