@OP, Kakashi should rank way higher imo. He is usually fighting w/o input so he gets ****ed over cuz others come and clean up the fight after he has figured out all of their abilities. Pain, Kakuzu, Hidan, Obito (Much harder to fight w/o intel) Jounin at a young age, could use that one sharingan better than or equal at the very least to most uchihas to the point he copied 1000 jutsu. Given he is a non uchiha unlocking MS and using it masterfully should be a feat as well. When he first helped Narutoagainst the tailed beasts he already had discerened the situation in a matter of seconds. He developed the plan that countered Kamui and damage Obito. At one point he used his Kamui so fast that not even Obito could track it. I would like to also say that he did develop the final plan to stop Kaguya on the fly...........that's gotta account for something.

First Madara is smarter than Obito..lol....Obito is not all that smart to me. He wasn't a step ahead of anyone cuz it is not like he planned to not die under those rocks. He got crushed and everyone consequently thought the was dead including himself....he followed Madara's plan...he did not intend to die so its not like he fooled anyone.......Oro and Itachi are smarter than Obito...Rin is smarter than Obito(joke)....Sarada is smarter than Obito......

Good list, Itachi really isn't as smart as everyone makes him out to be. But consider replacing Hiruzen with Danzo, other than that you're pretty bang on. Everyone else is just being butthurt =D
