Madara plot hole?

1-When he was revived he was blind because his real eyes were somewhere else and his edo eyes faded away...but then how did he still have his clothes? He didnt die with his battle armour so why didnt his clothes disappear?

2-When Madara died he also had someone elses Sharingan in his eye socket...what happened to it? Kabuto removed it?

I think Kabuto made some adjustments to Madys body before reviving.

1- Kabuto probably gave him those clothes or something. In the chikara arc Hidan was revived naked. The revived akatsuki also had different cloaks. It's an unnecessary thing to point out honestly..

2- Madara implanted those sharingan after his technical death.

Maybe he found his legendary armor, took off his death clothes, and then put them on him, so that everybody knew he was the real deal. As for the rest, I don't know.

@2: It was Madara's. That question will be remained unanswered probably for all eternity. It's quite easy to speculate though that Neither Orochimaru or Kabuto would have been allowed the chance to get their hands on that Sharingan; since a reign of peace occurred after Naruto's and Sasuke's final battle it suggests that even if per chance either Orochimaru or Kabuto were in possession of that Sharingan that it wasn't used in any way to distort tpeace----leading me to believe---that they had genuine change of hearts. ​
