Can you setup internet without a PC/laptop by using game console?

I plan on getting internet for online console gaming but my laptop just broke. Do isp need a computer to setup internet or can they use any wifi/internet enabled device like a tablet or xbox?

If your console has a web browser, yes, you can do it (I assume you mean configure router and network settings). You just type your default gateway into the web browser and, as long as you know the admin password (which is usually labeled on the router if it's new), you can enter the router site and change network settings.
