This is what i said last week, after doing this for such a long time Kishi wont simply stop making Naruto, it's become a part of his life, and also he is still very young. Kishi will charge the batteries before starting part 3 in 2015.

He really won't be ending it. He probably realized that his writing has been going downhill lately, and so has everyone else, so he chooses to take a break. When everyone is practically craving Naruto again, he gets back on track and everybody buys it + it won't be as "bad" anymore. Genius.
