Can movie fansubs come out right after a movie is released?

I've never waited for any anime movies to be released before and I was shocked to find out that a subbed version is released a year after the movie comes out. Since it takes a year to translate a databook but we receive the English version a lot earlier from amateur translators (God bless them) is there a chance to get fansubs earlier?

Usualy, fansubs translate with a good quality RAW file (DVD/BR releases in most cases) so that's why it takes some time

Oh no, you're right. I totally forgot that a DVD version has to come out first(( that's a bummer. I had my hopes high

I hate spoilers(( What about the manga chapter in the spin-off to the databook and the novel? Will they contain the full plot? And is the novel manga-like or a plain text?

Alright, if anyone's interested: we will get a CamRip Korean/Chinese version with English subtitles maybe a week after the release. if you're a die-hard, hardcore fan you can watch it. The novel will come out soon enough, too. If you hate bad quality or simply don't mind spoilers, you can always keep up with the Narutobase's updates. It's up to you.
