Sasuke rinnegan healing?

I've been hearing a lot of talk lately about sasuke healing himself with his rinnegan so can someone explain to me how this works
Also he himself said with the rinnegan he practically immortal again I ask can someone please explain to me how this works. Thank you

He can heal himself using Preta Path as Nagato did against Killer Bee, allowing himself to be mobile once more without assistance. As for immortality, Sasuke is a Rinnengan bearer and is composed of half of Hagoromo's strength, he but need Naruto's DNA and he will be able to summon the God tree and all that nonsense, absorbing the God tree and achieving power close to Kaguya immortality is attained.

He had run out of chakra. How do you expect him to use any of the rinnegan techniques to grow a mechanical arm for himself ? Or use the King of Hell summon to restore himself ?

Yeah, my point exactly. It's possible for him to run out of chakra, so he is not "immortal". Also, I suppose the rinnegan has it's limits, right? After all, nagato couldn't heal his legs and madara couldn't save himself from dying of old age.

Nagato didn't get hurt from lariat because of Edo tensei benefits.

Preta helped reguvinate his physical condition to limited mobility (if there was full heal, he would be full mobile)

Arms can be restored with Asura Path but not legs..but Sasuke can fly so Shrug.

Preta Path can restore youth..just look at Nagato during his fight with Bee Sasuke and Naruto...his white hair turned red. His ribs stopped being so thin.

Rinnegan gives the user access to the Gedo Mazou. Sasuke cak use it to cultivate white zetsu cells to restore his legs or any other body parts.

About preta path, there's probably an explanation. Nagato's condition wasn't really old age, it was more the consequences of the using rinne tensei at the end of his life. So it would be possible that rinnegan's preta path could fix that by absorbing chakra. But real old age? Unlikely, as madara didn't do that, and he had preta. He decided to give nagato the rinnegan so he would be revived, instead. But using preta is much less troublesome. So there's probably a limit to that "healing ability".

Except the gedo mazo is in another dimmension. And besides, it's not only the gedo mazo. Sasuke would also need a considerable ammount of hashi's DNA.

Sasuke said he has a way to achieve it, it doesn't say how though, just that it's one of his options.

Fair point with the arm. But wouldn't that be constantly draining his chakra? I suppose the path's abilities consume a considerable ammount of chakra.

How does king of hell work with living bodies? I'm not questioning you, I just wanna know.

And about the doctors.... what? My point was that the rinnegan can't really stop a person from dying from old age, otherwise madara would've done it himself, instead of taking a big risk with nagato.
And even with the doctors were to revive him... he would still be old. Remember, madara cheated thanks to kabuto's alterations on his body. But kabuto isn't immortal, so....

Hard to see immortality here.
