Indra's Arrow most likely only requires a huge amount of chakra, which Sasuke can absorb from anyone and anything, not just the Bijuu. So he should be more than able to use Indra's Arrow if he fights someone who uses enough chakra for him to absorb. Sasuke can also use Perfect Susano'o on a level above Madara and Indra, purely showing that he is far above Kakashi. (Unless you claim that the current Kakashi is on equal grounds with Edo Madara.) Beyond that, Sasuke doesn't require hand seals to preform Chidori or any of its variations. He also has Amaterasu which is far from a useless jutsu, along with that he can preform hand seals using Susano'o like Madara did in the past.

Sasuke has also shown the highest level of Genjutsu in the Shinobi world. (Without the use of his hands.) Chibaku Tensei is also something he can preform, again using his Susano'o. So against Kakashi, I would say that Kakashi would die while Sasuke wouldn't even have to move from his spot or any of his limbs. Amenotejikara alone beats Kakashi.

You are forgetting susanoo can use ninjutsu lol. Can't use chidori? Susanoo chidori comes out. Can't use CT? Susanoo claps hand. Can't use genjutsu? Genjutsu is eye tech and doesn't require hands.
