No,

but there are plenty of people in America who speak languages native to their ancestral countries as well as English. Some only speak those native languages.

No. They speak English, albeit very poorly. I guess you could call Ebonics their language. Also, they're not really African-Americans. They're Americans, but they're butthurt, so we, to be politically correct, call them African-Americans. I now want to be referred to as Irish-American, not Caucasian or American.
The fundamental situation of African Americans and Native Americans is unique in the United States, so I get why they prefer those terms.

USA is a diverse country... you can find literally almost every single nationality (USA International)... you would consider them having different accents but no they don't have native language... unless there are communities from different countries that are gathered in one area that would use their original language...

I doubt many blacks even know about the whole slavery thing to great detail. Also, the Chinese, and even Irish, have each had their own prejudicial trials in the past in the United States. We might as well go around calling everyone of Irish or Chinese descent (dating back 200 years) that they're Chinese-American or Irish-American, instead of Chinese or Irish, or simply American. Let's not be unfair here.

Im still not understanding.....
no, we speak english. some of us use slang, but thats not limited to african americans. thats people in general, regardless of ethnicity or race. vernacular around america is largely affected by region.

based on the generalizations above, i can see this won't end well lol

Who are you talking about? If you feel the need to make pretentious, false generalizations, you may be butt-hurt yourself.
