Sakura needs to consentrate chakra into he puches, which Preta can absorb to weaken her attacks. Same goes for Tsunade. Preata can also dodge their attacks and absorb their chakra used for the Yin seal, so that Asura can easilly kill them. Katsuyu is useless.

Tsunade doesn't need chakra enhanced strength, considering she was able to lift and swing Gamabunta's sword. So a punch from her without any enchantments can easily destroy Preta.

As for Ashura, well even fat ass Choji was able to outrun his missile for a few seconds. Tsunade can close the distance and oneshot him. She solos with mid difficulty.

preta can't absorb chakra from people's bodies unless it hugs them. IF they are having trouble hitting preta, they shockwave the ground damaging the path and sending it flying into the air where its movements will be limited, allowing them to land a clean hit.

A katsuyu who can split into an army of slugs that can spit acid is one of if not the most useful boss summon in the manga.
