I always find myself saying that the animation sucks every week because of a few scenes but this week's episode was terrible throughout the majority of the episode. Meh episode, 2/5 at best.

Okay? They skipped the Sabo vs Burgess stuff, obviously it will appear next episode but they skipped it. Check chapter 737.

I haven't watched it...yet...Idk if I will watch it tbh, I'm just disappointed with the anime as of late. After punk hazzard people were saying stuff like "nah they'll anime dressrosa ten times better cause that arc is the new marineford/ennies lobby"...Dressrosa comes and still nothing has changed. Anime quality still hovers around sub par-decent on a good week.

Surely the anime team isn't that low on money consider Oda should makes millions even after he distributes some of the money to the editors and shounen jump magazine takes their cut. With that type of money to spend on animation one piece anime should be of even higher quality than Hunter x Hunter 2011 smh

It's cause of OP's popularity, they know that OP will get a lot of viewers every week. They only take the series seriously in specials & especially movies. Film Z was animated beautifully. Toei making Luffy go full body second gear is bothersome at times.

I know they did. I have reread manga so much that i know whats upcoming.

No point in whining though, whats done is done. Just enjoy it for what it is bro.

4/5. The art and quality disappoint me U_U but i enjoy watching it nonetheless.
Feel a bit frustrated since Dressrosa arc has been ruined with this kinda animation. People who just watch anime will judge the series in negative way if this keeps up for a very long time. I mean, come on...

Now i'm very afraid of how they will animate:

Rosinante and many other epic scenes yet to come after this. Urgh, the unbearable emotion...

Still, aside things above, we have more info based on this week's ep. The pace is quite nice, we've met Pica, which is awesome! Also, Cavendish is turned into a toy, that basically happens to anyone in the scrap room. Others are good and well. More hope on the next episode. Yeah...!

Yeah I will agree that Animation isn't top notch but isn't worst either.People are watching from crappy links and there are complaining about each and every frame -_-

The thing is, i watch in both HD and likewise, and it's not the blurriness or something along the lines that bug me throughout the episode. The problem lies on the animated scenes transitions, characters' movements which not as smooth as other average anime. Also, sometimes the animation art disturbs me a bit but i've gotten used to it so i don't mind much. Yet, some parts of it ruin the characters' appearances.

At the very least... Toei should try more on improving the said elements. They've done tons of great jobs in terms of seiyuus, BGM, pace, plot, enjoyable & related filler moments nevertheless, i mean honestly, all of that are awesome to me. That's why i watch anime and read manga.

Just a few more works on the fluidity of animation sequences, and the episode would've been thousandth times amazing than before. It's One Piece after all, and Toei know it better than other studios would at this rate. Although people demand Toei to step down from One Piece production, i think it's a lil' saddening if they do since many memorable moments are well-animated by the team, the hidden messages and emotional vibes, i can say mostly they're very successful on that.

Just a number of improvements... yeah... please. (-,-)/

Actually, I got faith in that scene. Toei seems to do flashabcks right, they did a good job on the Toy Solider/Rebecca flashback.

Yeah, hopefully so. If manga pages can stab our heart right to the feel, anime episodes have more potential to do so and perhaps better.

PS: Can't wait for the new OST releases!

why not crunchyroll or onepieceofficial? those are where the top quality one piece episodes are

I used onepieceoffical and the experience was still awful. I'm hoping next week is good.
