Is it still possible for someone to summon the juubi? (except sasuke and naruto)

The title.
For example- can someone take sasuke's charka and naruto's chakra (or DNA u know) who r the last indra and ashura reincarnations then gains rinnegan and summons the gedou mazou?
Capturing all the bijuus, reviving juubi, god tree and becoming juubi's jinchuuriki.
Do you think this is still possible?
And if that guy dies (naruto and sasuke too) , no one will be ever able to unlock the rinnegan i guess? (cuz no more reincarnations)

As long as naruto & sasuke are alive, it's possible to summon it back.

No, there would have to be a Rinnegan to break the seal again.

But, if by some asspull they did then yes, but I don't think anyone else but a transmigration could handle the Rinnegan even if they unlocked it themselves. Unless it was another Uchiha, Uzumaki, or Senju.

Probably. But even now, I couldn't see him going into Salad. XD But, I think it's because they "broke the cycle" it wouldn't happen again even if he did die. They, and by extension; Ashura and Indra, reached an understanding.

The only thing that is needed is ashura's and indra's chakra.
Thats what happened with Madara when he used izanagi.
Even tho his left eye i think was just a normal shitty eye he still gained the rinnegan.
I think bolt can do it
But if naruto and sasuke dies no one will be able to do that again i think.

It wont reincarnate because Sasuke learned to accept naruto.

Hyuuga are fodder and haven't ever been hinted to have large reserves as far as I remember.
As far as I know Kaguya, her sons and their descendants are the only Ootsutsuki with chakra. Kaguya was the first with the fruit and chakra after all, and even then origin doesn't guarantee all pro-aspects.

And also i saw somone (character) in naruto the last who had bijuu-like chakra mode.
As far as i know Ashura "unlocked" that chakra which stayed calm in him and get Avatar mode (like bijuu's one)

His origin is unknown, if he is on the Naruto planet it's safe to assume he is a descendent of one on the planet which Hagoromo shared and spread chakra with so it's a moot point that he'd have it.

We didnt know shit about her backstory.. why she became like this and stuff.

You need the Rinnegan to summon the Gedo Mazou AKA the Juubi. Madara's dead and his eyes have gone blind so that's out of the question. So the only person who can summon it is Sasuke.
