sasuke's normal perfect susano sasuke was able to manipulate lightning nature to perform chidori,why can Sasuke manipulate the lightning release to form bow and arrow using the cloud as an energy source?The tailbeast are made up of nature energy

Don't think so, he didn't gsin the power too until the Rinnegan which made him more like Indra since the Sage powered him up with his Yin Chakra and Naruto with his Yang. Naruto is able to use Tbb RS with Kurama since he always had Kurama but Sasuke used the Bijuu chakra for Indra arrow and Kirin isn't made of chakra, it's actual lightning that he manipulates with Chidori so he can't turn it into an arrow. Also Kirin is lower that Deidara C3 in destruction, C3 can destroy a village like a Tbb but Kirin destroyed a hallow out mountain.

Sasuke doesn't need bijuu chakra for the idiots who think he does. Just a heads up, he only used the chakra to change susanoo...which was useless (kishi's fault) because by doing that he scarified defense for a look.

Good job Kishi, made sense. However I see why, he did that because if he did absorb the chakra he would of have to either kill Naruto to make it seem at least fair considering his power level then (and he didn't even absorb the chakra, that chakra was merely to form susanoo, so that plus his demi godlike powers already would be too OP for naruto to survive).

With that out the way -

OT: Idk, depending on how big his susanoo was plus the chidori size version compared to Kirin...you can easily say that that was Kirin. Destruction wise you could say that too, but it was a combined clash, so...yeah.

It's highly questionable he can form the technique at all. And if he did, it'd be MUCH much
weaker. I can't believe you think that Kirin even remotely compares to the later jutsu. A single
bijuu dama from Kurama has the same destructive capacity or greater. And Sasuke's Kirin
arrow had chakra from not only all of the bijuu BUT ALSO is RIKUDOU CHAKRA powered.
That makes everything way stronger.

ridiculous to even think that the power output would be the same.

He needed The Sages Powers to use Indra's Arrow, and he was only able to use Chidori with PS because of having The Sages Powers as well. So... Yeah, No he cant use it with EMS

Sasuke can't gather natural energy, he never could. He can use senjutsu when he's given the chakra but he have no means of creating it.

Also he didn't even have Rikudo chakra anymore, Naruto and Sasuke both used that chakra to seal Kaguya in CT.
