Could Goku learn Dende's healing technique?

No I doubt it because Goku is a Warrior Type. .. On the other hand .. he can share his Ki with injured ones as he did with a Freezer who was cut in half. After he shared his Ki with him he was ''cured''. So, Goku can heal People without the healing ability of Dende.
