I also have to ask, which Naruto and Sasuke are we talking about here? Because end of series Naruto laughs at PS, alongside all of this fodder Mokuton techniques and meteorites.

The Tobirama attempt is a good counter, but you can't compare Sasuke's technique to Tobirama's. Much like you can't compare FTG to Ame at all. FTG in the case of Minato and what Tobirama used there is a two pronged attack; initiate the teleport, and then attack. Notice, Madara didn't react to the teleportation; he reacted to Tobirama actually attacking. Sasuke's ability doesn't have that defect. He can simultaneously teleport and attack, as we saw against Naruto, and the added bonus of swapping people and or objects with the technique itself, like what he did with his sword against Madara.
Regarding the point about sealing in that scenario; you'd be dead wrong. Like I said in the last sentence of the previous statement, Sasuke is able to swap people. Notice in the scan before that sealing attempt, Sasuke told Naruto to aim his attack at him, which then allowed Sasuke to teleport them both to Madara and immediately apply the seal. No amount of Rin'negan techniques will allow Madara to react diligently enough to anticipate an instantaneous sealing attack from which Sasuke teleports them both to Madara.
You can't just call PLOT, when we'd have already seen the techniques in action and the propensity of the techniques. Limbo, various Rin'negan techniques and even Onmyoudon, all would have been useless. Naruto in his base mode when he was revived dodged Limbo without even trying, and his clones alone were holding back and pushing back Dual Rin'negan Madara's Limbo's. None of Madara's Rin'negan techniques threaten Naruto or Sasuke in the slightest. The strongest offensive Rin'negan technique was already laughed at by far weaker versions of Naruto and Sasuke (when they were both getting used to their powers); Chibaku Tensei. Given the respective durability feats of both of them, the next threatening technique would be Shinra Tensei, but given Naruto's Kurama Avatar feats from just Bijuu Mode and Sasuke's PS, it won't be affecting them all that much.
We've already seen that Obito said that eyes only show their true power when they're together, and that applies to the Rin'negan. In no way does Madara have every ability of the Rin'negan with just one eye, but he obviously has a considerable amount of power with just one. The only special case would be Sasuke, who's shown the use of Deva, Preta and Outer Path with only one Rin'negan (Sharin'negan if you will), which is fine given that we know his eye is special compared to other Rin'negan.
