Look like every Hokage(s) are all related to another. Either by sensei and students or by blood.

The list goes:
Hashirama/Tobirama: Hiruzen (Both were his sensei, and both are brothers.)
Hiruzen: Minato (Jiraiya's pupil whom was also trained by Hiruzen) Note: Orochimaru would've been hokage vice versa.
Tsunade: Is the grand daughter of Hashirama and was also trained under Hiruzen. (You can say she's Minato's mother if you believe that theory)
Kakashi: Trained under Minato.
Naruto: Trained by both Kakashi and Jiraiya. He is also Minato's son.

There have not been a hokage that is not related to one another. For example if Gai were to be hokage, he would have no ties with the other hokages.
