Did you post a scan of Sasuke showing the third eye? or a scan of Kishimoto saying that Sasuke had the third eye?

If we had a scan, then we would not have a theory, but a fact.

I already explained that I analyze facts to make a theory. The facts are in the OP.

In a theory we use more facts to prove that something can hypothetically happen.

Take the example with Naruto's daughter.

There was no manga page that it said she is Naruto's daughter, but we were given a fact.

She had whiskers. So we could use this fact and deduce that Naruto was her father.

She received the third eye after absorbing the tree. The "power of transmigration" isn't clear as to what it's referring to, so you cannot say it comes from the Rinnegan. You think it's Hagoromo's chakra, and I think it's the Holy Tree.

Here is where you lose. Kaguya only took the fruit and got the eye, its only later she fused with holy tree to take rest of chakra.

Rinne means rebirth if im not mistaken, so immortality of kaguya and life and death control of rinnegan.

Sasuke got the Rinnegan from Hagoromo Yin chskra, not for having both Ashura (Yang) and Indra (Yin) chakra. Madara awakened his Rinnegan by getting Hashirama's cells/Ashura's chskra before the transmigration ended. Sasuke got Hashirama cells long after Ashura chskra moved on to Naruto so he doesn't have Ashura chakra or else he would have double Rinnegan like Madara.

And sage's chakra is what indra's and ashura's form anyway.

Third eye is meant for casting IT so he needed to have both Ashura (Yang) and Indra (Yin) chakra to have the Sage's chakra (Yin Yang) plus be the Juubi Jin as both Kaguya and Madara both got the 3rd eye to cast IT after becoming the Juubi Jin.

Sasuke said he managed to combine sharingan + rinnegan, that's why he has tomoe eye.

If she only took the fruit, then we both lose. That just contradicts the tablet that Black Zetsu modified, meaning that she may not need to get close to the moon or Hagoromo's chakra. There is a technique named Rinne Rebirth, so it'd make no sense for Rinne to mean so.

I believe that Obito couldn't cast it because he didn't not have the tree. If he were to absorb it, then he surely would have been able to.

It's not a Sharingan, it's a RinneSharingan, as said in the DataBook.

So Sasuke has all needed elements.

He has Indra's chakra, Rinegan and can fly with his Susanoo; as Madara levitated to be close to the moon.

Remember that Madara also was Indra's transmigrant and he awakened the rinnegan long before becoming the 10 tails jinchuuriki. The Deva path of the rinnegan allows for levitation, so Madara would have been able to go up close to the moon. However, he still chose to become the juubi's jinchuuriki.
