So even if if edo madara could open 3rd eye he would not get whole world under IT due to lack of chakra. So madara would never do it like this.

She received the third eye after absorbing the tree. The "power of transmigration" isn't clear as to what it's referring to, so you cannot say it comes from the Rinnegan. You think it's Hagoromo's chakra, and I think it's the Holy Tree.
