Now I think it was just ''The Universe'' letting him know Salad was talking about him. But some others (Including ForneverWorld) are saying Salad was following him if you look closely. How tf is that possible if she was just talking to her mother? Plus Sasuke is a god with Sharingan and Rinnegan. So if Salad or someone was indeed following him and he didn't know (If revealed in pt 3), I call BS.
