Sasuke was spared by Kakashi because he saved the world along with Naruto .Team Taka and Orochimaru was not so lucky because they were considered as criminals so they probably got hang to death .

Not really, orichimaru helped revive the 4 kages who contributed alot in the fight. Besides, even if they are deemed criminals you really think ori will just let them capture him to get hanged? the guy doesnt die lol.

That would be insane, they caused much less harm than Sasuke and they did in fact help the war effort in the reviving the 5 Kage and assisting in battle when needed. At least Jugo and Oro helped quite alot. I was honestly expecting Oro to find peace with Konoha. I feel at the very least they just let them go on their own paths with the knowledge Naruto and Sasuke would destroy them if they did anything shady. I wish Sasuke still had Oro and Jugo as his lil bodyguards though, even though he doesnt need it. I liked him all squaded up

Why Orochimaru go back to Konoha?
Last time I check, Karin, Jugo and Suigestu are not from Konoha!

I honestly think suigetsu is searching for the seven swords, juugo is in a nice quiet spot ( or dead probably suicide ). Karin is probably in konoha trying to figure out how to steal sasuke and oro is formulating a plan to steal sasukes eye(s)/body.
