Sasuke can't compare. Mastery of the Rin'negan won't put him above Naruto. We've seen that he needs the Bijuu to match Naruto who relied on his Ashura Avatar. No Bijuu and Ashura's Avatar demolishes his PS and nukes him. With Naruto having a far larger room for growth (getting Full Kurama and Hashirama's cells), Sasuke is in no way above him.

Naruto had the chakra of the 9 bijuu as well going into this fight and he used it up against Sasuke. That's his fault. Sasuke used the 9 bijuu for one attack, it's not like he used it for the entire battle. It's not like he had the benefits of being a jinchuriki like Naruto, whose beast was gathering sage chakra that he otherwise wouldn't have been able to gain as well as advising him how to fight. Anyway, Sasuke has the same tomoed-Rinnegan that Madara used to cast IT. A jutsu Naruto had no counter for back then and I doubt he has one now.

Well, Okay he wouldn't be able to permanently put her down since he doesn't have the seal anymore and that she's immortal. But he pretty much outmatches her in taijutsu & most ninjutsu. Only her giant TSB puts her above him.

Kaguya/Juubi's eye is Sharingan (Red, 9 tomoes), not Rinnegan.
Sasuke's left eye is Rinnegan (Purple, 6 tomoes).

Like I said, Sasuke's Rinnegan and Kaguya's Sharinagn are the different.
