How strong is 30 year's old Naruto

he would be the strongest. the only person that could even keep up with him would be sasuke. not trying to start a sasuke naruto debate but without sasuke gaining bijuu chakra, he wouldn't have been able to even be the challenge he became for naruto in their fight. naruto already basically had all the power he needed, he just needed to refine his skills. after he polished his skills and made more jutsu, he would be basically unstoppable.

It's flat-out impossible for Adult Sasuke to equal Naruto. Naruto equaled Sasuke with the bijus with nothing more than rikkudo senjutsu and half Kurama. Now, he has full Kurama, and Sasuke lost the bijus, so Naruto's far above by all logic. Sure, Sasuke can polish off his rinnegan skills, but that's not enough to match what Naruto has become.

Add on his mastery of Yin-Yang release, Bijuu KKG and the possibility of Mokuton because of Hashirama's cells, and I could see him being on Hagoromo's tier.

He's definitely Hagoromo's equal. Think about it. Sasuke used the rinnegan's full power, and merged it with the biju's chakra, essentially giving him both of Hagoromo's power. Needless to say, Sasuke was already in Hagoromo's league, and since Naruto equaled that with half Kurama, he goes even further with full Kurama, aka=Hagoromo. COAT is what enabled the juubi jins to control the TSB's form, perfect control over yin-yang=greatest control over the TSBs.

Eh, I don't think he's that powerful. Kaguya is a tier above anyone in the manga. I'd put a theoretical Prime Naruto at around Jin Hagoromo level.

Full Kurama, all the Bijuu KKG, Hashirama's cells, Six Paths Senjutsu AND Mastery of Yin-Yang Release?

Sasuke can't compare. Mastery of the Rin'negan won't put him above Naruto. We've seen that he needs the Bijuu to match Naruto who relied on his Ashura Avatar. No Bijuu and Ashura's Avatar demolishes his PS and nukes him. With Naruto having a far larger room for growth (getting Full Kurama and Hashirama's cells), Sasuke is in no way above him.
