Actually, if you think about it, chakra chains is op as hell.
It was able to fully immobalize 100% kurama easily. even destroyed the buddah easily, which was owning the 5 kages.

Now im pretty sure it has size variants.
Imagine it being used in conjunction with taijutsu.
