Why do Naruto's children have whiskers?

The reason Naruto has whiskers is the effect of Kurama's chakra leaking during pregnancy. Kushina was the junchuuriki.


But Hinata is not the jinchuuriki, and Kurama is not even actively giving Naruto chakra because he's asleep.


So does that mean that Naruto's sperm has Kurama's chakra in it? And it sat there for ten years?
