It's called "paintman" just google it and you will find it. Although you can see that it in the presented video when they are coloring that damn Sakura.

Thanks a lot mate. Haha, i am so behind the technology (related to drawings). Was pretty manual back then (as a child and teenage). I stopped drawing famous manga characters at age of 16 (school, university, work, family, baby hahaha) and didn't catch up again. That was 11years ago. Am Motivated now to do at least 1 since shonenjump launched an official website naruto thank you dedicated for kishi. We can upload fanarts too. Just check the link in one of my threads, maybe you are interested to contribute.
