He almost killed aizen sousuke so I would say he could killed number 1 2 and 3.

He was waiting for the opportunity to use ennetsu jigoku (the fire nuke basically, not hado 96 though) so he may have been conserving his strength or it might taken a long time to prep or maybe he just didn't have to considering everyone di their job and if instead they died in a fight, they still woulda been killed by his technique. but yes, he could solo them easy, especially if he used his bankai, if he did, he could solo all three at once.

If Kyoraku or Ukitake used bankai in FKT, than I see them solo beating Espada.

Aizen said that Ryuujin Jakka can defeat him alone. That mean Yamamoto with just shikai (without kido, hakuda) is stronger than full powered Aizen. Aizen also said that his power surpass all Espadas combined. Yamamoto win this, I'm not doubting that at all.

I don't think is even questionable to say "probably".

Shikai Yamamoto win simple swing of his sword while being concetrate on Yhwach one shotted Bazz-B, NaNaNa and As Nodt. All three of them are probably (two of them confirmed) to be stronger than First three Espada.
