Since Naruto Manga is over for now, What of this castles that was revealed when Kaguya was switching dimensions.
I don't think they were randomly drawn by Kishimoto.

My guess is Kaguya may had lived in this castles when she became the Rabbit goddess. This may probably be the place were Hagoromo and Hamura were born.

I dont think that is Tokyo, but more of HK or Shanghai style development, thats mean Neo-HK Konoha.
