My take on the whole "salada" discussion.

sasuke did notice something in the background... it could have been her, hiding with the abillity of her mother's.
untill (if ever) we learn more about what happened inbetween the last and second last chapter, it is a distinct possibility.
the only proof we have that she is sakura's child is that she called her mother (which an orphan would do too)
to me, personally, it seems like a nice detail kishimoto added. a lose string that is never to be solved, making it unpossible to accurately deduct who's child she is (biologically).

Bolt pulls pranks to get Naruto's attention because he deosn't spend enough time with him,and Salad follows Sasuke because he deosn't spend enough time with her.

Naruto and Sasuke don't don't spend enough time with their kid so their kids do things in order to see them.

If it wasnt Sakuras we wouldve been told, why would Kishi highly imply she was Sakuras on the LAST chapter if she wasnt? Thats just stupid and anyone arguing otherwise is just in denial for one reason or another. Even though I like the idea of Sasuke being with Sakura (Yes I actually like Sakura) I kind of wanted him to end up with Karin just for dem Uzumaki/Uchiha childrens. I cant say shes in my top 5 but shes probably my favorite female character in Naruto. I really dont get why shes so hated, especially with the lack of good female characters in the manga (in my opinion). Aside from being a crybaby about Sasuke and tryna play with Narutos feelings (which i hated) I like her character and her growth throughout the series. She may not be a super godly reincarnation of an ancient godly person, but shes still a part of team 7 and successor to the greatest medical shinobi out there! I like Hanabi alot too despite barely seeing her at all. I want to like Hinata but I just dont like her personality and Hanabi beat dat ass so shes my fav Hyuuga haha.
