Why on earth is it impossible to grasp the concept that that an uchiha can have glasses. Kekkei genkai don't seem to be affect by disabilities (that bone ninja who fought garra is a good example. He was dying from a sickness but that didn't interfere with his abilities.)

EMS = combination of Sasuke's MS & Itachi's and Itachi's eyes was worse than Sasuke's was with MS. Also Sasuke's MS effects cant pass on to another person that wouldn't make no sense.

Kakashi, Itachi or Sasuke's vision were deteriorating, that stopped none of them from using the sharingan abilities.
