The last takes place two years after the series ends, so if anything, some of the things you are waiting to see have been saved for the movie, and not the epilogue.

Another thing I hate... The Last... Not the movie itself, I'm looking forward to it, but the time... We now know that Toneri's plan 100% failed. We all know he'd fail anyway but goddammit.

People were complaining that Naruto wouldn't become Hokage in the Manga, due to Kakashi being Hokage in The Last, but when the end of the manga came, Naruto was Hokage.

She does not like manga, but we talk about future events; she likes spoilers.

She was very disappointed to hear about the pairings and children.

And about the movie, she said she would never watch it. XD

My mom isn't interested in manga, anime or any fantasy. She just knew I was following Naruto. And she is actually extremely sentimental. She prefers endings where everything ends well for all good guys regardless of genre etc.

the final chapter completely did away with the atmosphere of the manga with its stupid ****ing technological boom.
