sasuke is not a pure blood uchiha. sasuke is a pseudo ootsuki as he has pure uchiha blood mixed with senju dna plus the sages chakra. that means he is practically what came BEFORE the uchiha like hagoromo. when hagoromos normal wife had a kid he became the first uchiha ever(indra). therefore pseudo ootsuki sasuke and normal ninja girl sasuke equals=pure blood uchiha kid.

EDIT: also if u dont understand why 99% uchiha= pure blood uchiha then its simple. hagoromos wife was a normal person therefore all uchiha have the blood of that normal woman meaning they can never be 100% uchiha. so if we add sakuras dna i gues it turns to like 98.5% or something.

yes sasuke hasnt been a pure blooded uchiha since the beggining of shippuden. i dont know why people kept saying he was. at the beggining he had cm dna and orochimaru dna. itachi took it out of him later but not long after that he got dna from jugo to heal his chest wound. and even later he got senju dna.
