So, why is Kurama a baby in the last chapter ?

Could it be that Kurama sent his genes with Naruto's to Hinata ?

He is whole, he was going to go back in Naruto to rejoin his Yin half before Sasuke trapped the Bijuu's so I don't see anything changing to make him not go in Naruto after Sasuke freed him
