If anything #699 felt like a real ending. #700 just felt like a epilogue which was there too show what life was life after 15 years from the sasuke vs naruto fight. It was probably there too show us everyone's kids and probably hint the mini series or something..
#699 was the ending. #700 was the epilogue.

Literally said this to myself. Also if it just ended all sasuke focused i'd be mad. Becaus sasuke was a huge part, but not the only part
i liked how the end of the "series" focused on sasuke turning good, and then we see how the village hidden in the leaves (which is truly the heart of the series) has grown

300 chapters for a "mini" series everyone? I mean, 1000 chapters would make sense.
That's like a full series lol, the mini series will only have a couple of chapters
but it can change if their is a popular demand for it (most likely there will be) We can only hope man
