It seems people cant grasp the idea that this chapter was not written from the point of view of being a chapter to gloriously end Naruto.Its objective was to spawn kids from everyone so that Kishi can milk the series through their kids in Part 3 and even hinted at a romance between Salada and Bolt or Boruto or Borito or whatever that guy's name is to start another shipping war there
The only reason Team Taka,Orochimaru, were not shown was because Kishi probably couldnt figure out how to spawn kids from them

It looks like this guy does not have a clue anymore about what to do in his next project and is focusing on ships primarily

As far as I am concerned I hope some fan comes up with an real ending to Naruto after 698.Till then I assume 698 as the final chapter and am waiting for its conclusion if it ever comes

NV always had bits of modern technology, like electricity, TVs, antennas etc. Amegakure had a pretty futuristic look. And since the world was at peace for many years, technology could advance and cities grow.

And just think about the technological progress in our world. When I was a schoolkid, we had no mobile phones or internet at all, and that was only about 15 years ago.
