3.if she marries bolt, that makes Naruto and sasuke brothers

Now the question is where is Karin? Did she die during child birth? And why isn't Lord skittles around?

Possible reasons for all this are that

A. Karin died
B. Sasuke and sakura are a thing

Get over it! Karin was not even in the manga. All other Taka members were shown along side Orochimaru but karin was not there! besides Uzumakis have very great life force so she couldn't have died of child birth. Besides Sasuke went on a journey to attone for his sins.
