Seeing how all the Mangaka are paying their respects to Kishi and this being the ending, it finally has sunk into my head that Naruto is ending...
9 years ago I watched the first episode on Toonami. I remembered all my friends talking about this new show coming out and how it was going to be awesome. Some of them actually were reading the manga(didn't even know what manga was at the time), so I was hyped to try out this new anime. I was in high school back then.
9 years later and we are here waiting on the last chapter to come out. It really is bitter sweet. I can recall certain events going on in my life, and while that stuff was going on, I remember stopping to read the next chapter of Naruto. It's amazing how much a story has impacted my life.
Naruto was actually the first manga I had read. I remember when I had finished the English dubbed and was like "I want to know what happens next!", so I watched the subbed. After that, it was like well how do I know what happens after that? And then there was the manga. Every week waiting on the next chapter just to see what happens next. Naruto expanded my knowledge of Manga because it was the first manga I read. Without it, I may have only known about anime, and would still be watching the episodes right now.
I'll admit some parts of the story weren't that great, but overall it was good. I'm sure not a single person on this forum would say Naruto as a whole is bad.
Prediction for the ending: The story ends with Konahamaru(the new Hokage) is telling the next generation the story of Naruto.
So I would like to hear some of your stories and how you feel about Naruto ending.
Also, what chapter was the hardest for you to wait on after reading the previous week chapter.
