I guess Naruto healed because of Kurama and because of the power the sage gave him. He was able to save Guy's life and give Kakashi an eye. I guess he was able to heal himself too. Maybe now that the transmigration thing is over he no longer has the power to restore limbs to other people and can only heal himself like Hashi was able to. I would think that he would have healed Sasuke if he was still capable of doing it.
