Scans of a female Uchiha with Sharingans? You're assuming Sasuke's kid would have the right genes to get the Sharingan and Sasuke said only a selected few Uchihas awakened the Sharingan. Same is said about Naruto's kid having the Byakugan. You need great chakra control to learn medical ninjutsus, Sakura who was said to have great chakra control still needed to improve her chakra control. Learning the Yin seal is a feat that Shizune, Tsunde's student for many years, while Sakura could.

Hagoromo said the child doesn't always live up to the parents capabilities. Sasuke said Naruto was stronger than him so even if both kids live up to their parents then Naruto being the strongest still works in his favor. We don't know anything about the kids until we see if they have the genes for the Doujutsus and skills to learn Jutsus we think they might be able to learn. It is a pretty known fact that Kishi is terrible at writing female characters so Sasuke's kid doesn't have much points there.

Sasuke has black eyes. His daughter shares the same eyes too. It's easy to deduce that she will awaken the sharingan or else she would have had Sakura's green eyes.

Sasuke and Sakura will obviously train their daughter. Sasuke will pass on his rinnegan to his daughter too.

Hyuga's have white eyes while Naruto's kids have blue eyes. This means no byakugan. Just rasengan and possibly SM.

Sasuke's daughter solos both Naruto's kids at the same time.
