Sasuke, being the last Uchiha (as of today, that will change in a few hours) failed to produce a boy. Although this nugget is probably as prodigious as Sasuke, she can't pass on her last name to her kid (unless some complicated plot suggests otherwise) which means there can no longer be another Uchiha. Unless Sasuke has another kid but I don't think that's gonna happen. I'm pretty sure it was just a one and done with Sakura.
