Question about chapter 700's coloring

I thought chapter 700's color was stated to be hand drawn? But from the spoilers, it looks to me like it's pure digital coloring. So what gives? Or did I misunderstand the situation with chapter 700?

The original would be hamd coloured, but not every copy. Us the fact that the spoilers are scans /photos of these copies of the original, course it won't look proper hand coloured

After looking at the spoilers again, maybe they are hand colored. It's very tough to tell.
