The difference with Sasuke is that he's changed.Judgeing from the last weeks chapter,he will probably become more open to people,and Sakura's the closest person to him after Naruto,so him developing romantic feelings for him is plausible.

But for Naruto to go from liking Sakura for years to Hinata is a bit much.
