Any reason why?

I just thought it was because of a few reasons:
- Zetsu arm and they keep it bandaged because it looks weird
- He keeps it bandaged because it's a new trend
- He covers up the seal that May or may not be there anymore
- In honor of Neji (but why only one arm)

I think it could be the first one, although maybe it still wasn't fully healed but maybe in the end of the movie he removes the bandage showing his hand fully healed or maybe the seal is there. Mark my words, Kishi will definitely have Naruto remove the bandage eventually in the movie.

All 3 of your reasons seem possible.

In addition:

Maybe his right arm is not a zetsu arm but looks/is different from the left one, so he keeps it bandaged.
Maybe there is something else to it than the yang seal and needs to be bandaged.

A trend seems possible as well, or maybe in honor of Neji.
Neji also only had one arm bandaged.
