They're not saiyans, I don't see why they'd inherit powers the same way saiyans do. They'd likely be weaker than heir fathers.

Uhm, why not? It's all genetics. Weaker is one thing, but the rate of developing a certain degree of powers is another.

Sinca Hyuuga are distant relatives of Uchiha, Naruto's kids might have the genes of both brothers. If they do, Sasuke's kids would definitely be weaker.

Super human strength is just chakra control and healing is taught not inherited. If Sasuke's kid has no talent in chakra control he/she won't be using strength of a hundred nor be proficient in medical jutsu. However there would be a strong possibility of awakening a Sharingan.
