IF this is a true scan (I repeat "IF" this is a true one) then that makes me to question one thing "Then how come Naruto hasn't confessed to Hinata yet?"... Then suddenly it struck me what if Chapter 700 is a timeskip... who knows maybe 5 years later? and if Naruto and Hinata have child in Ch.700 maybe the last shows us how they got together

It's a time skip. The movie covers the time in between. Calling it! The movie's supposed to be the first entry of the new era project, so there still might be more Naruto stories. However, this won't be a part 3 I think. It might be a movie series.
