So let me get this straight, there's no description given to this jutsu? No mechanics? Just what we already could guess? (that it's meant to make an opening) I'd assume that Minato's perimeter of the kunai enables him to teleport all over the place in the area, and he simply got in too close to Obito, but I want to know how this thing actually works. Didn't take long for Minato haters to jump on the hate train though..

Really? REALLY?! Kishi has the nerve to introduce a jutsu that, by all appearances, has great potential, but not only doesn't reveal it in the manga, but doesn't even freaking describe it in the databook??!!!!

I think we should use the video game demonstration be the guide for how it works (minus the exaggerated ransengans) for debates since the databook clearly doesn't even describe how it works. After all, manga facts aren't contradicting it if there are none. Your thoughts on that?


This has some cool stuff. I would have never guessed that Kaguya's "chakra arms" were really vacuum palms. The TSB's abilities sound very interesting. So, apparently, the can pretty much do anything the user wants, and my gosh! Kaguya's sounds Fate/stay night level broken! (planet busting capable, but not DBZ-scale solar system destruction)

Well, I lost the expectation it was a powerful attack a while back. Since Minato puts his kunais all around his enemy, it's not unreasonable to assume that he can teleport rapidly all around. I'm 95% sure that's how it works, I just want confirmation.

And by the way i think this section doesn't describe jutsus. It only describe manga events. Sasuke's enton come from that section and it wasn't explained either for example. Same goes for Minato's space time barrier

No, that's actually the end of the Technique section, where there are "minor" techniques displayed. It's even written in English on the side of the page. :yeah:

I'm sorry to bother you but if you ever get time, could you perhaps find translations for "A Furious Mind - Mizukage Mei - Record of Mistaken Thoughts" ?. She's the only current kage with no back-story so I'm hoping this will provide some information on her past!

Also, there is a little info box thing on her page with a picture of Zabuza - a translation of that would be fantastic as well.

Saw the part about rikkudo senjutsu. Glad it's confirmation that Naruto's senjutsu>Madara's. "reactions>=Madara's." I think given feats, that Naruto's better in that regard. I'm also looking forward to the Madara and Hinata pages being translated.

For Madara, I want to see exactly what his level's supposed to be. I want it cut clear if he's actually stronger or has Hagoromo's full power.(doubtful) Then again, it doesn't go all the way to the chapter that contains Naruto's buff, so even if Madara is stated to being Naruto's superior in this DB, it doesn't go all the way to current Naruto, meaning that wouldn't be applicable, so it's kinda a win-win either way.


I'm curious to see Hinata's page (she has one) so we know how much she's improved. The last databook wasn't that impressive for her, so it'd be nice to get databook hype to fill in the cracks since the Itachi arc. I checked the link, it does have a caption with twin lion fists, so hopefully, he'll go into a brief description of what it does. Then again, we'll probably be trolled just like we were with Minato.

Can someone also translate the geography of page 113? This could be usefull for determining the power of explosions in Naruto, and the speed of ninjas who cross it ect.

Kabuto's Den'ien'ei, I have been saying/debating this way before the DB.

BTW there's partial translation of Kabuto' White Rage tech:

Sage Art: White Rage Attack, the caster gathers natural energy in their body as light, and then expels it from their mouth in the shape of a dragon.

This pretty much confirms that the dragon entity carries the light while the orb carries the sound.
